Study child development in a program that offers a flexible course of study and well-established resources for hands-on learning. In the Master of Arts in Child 发展 program, students explore the lives of children as the interaction of intellectual, 情感, 社会, 想象的溪流. The program combines in-depth study of primary theoretical perspectives with practical fieldwork, and encourages students to study children in a wide range of 社会 contexts and environments.

MSEd + MA Art of 教学 and Child 发展 Combined 学位
The Dual 学位 in the Art of 教学 and Child 发展 combines our pioneering strengths of teacher education for over 35 years and expertise in the field of Child 发展 for nearly 50 years. The combined program completes in three years and leads to a MA degree in Child 发展 and an MSEd degree in the Art of 教学.

Current 萨拉·劳伦斯 undergraduates may apply to our combined degree programs, providing the opportunity to start graduate coursework in their senior year and complete both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years or dual master’s degrees in six years.
